Anti-Twilight

Grow up.

I am so sick of seeing anti-Twilight bullshit everywhere. Guess what? Not only are you investing energy in Twilight, you're promoting it and adding to the hysteria of it (the anti-Twilight hysteria). How about you invest your time in a better cause, such as animal abuse or hate crimes? Heaven forbid you do anything mature and responsible.

Stop worrying about the teenagers and little girls who are reading and enjoying Twilight, and focus on something actually productive. If you're going to criticize Twilight, do it right. And while your at it, feel free to analyze all the children's books in the Library, too.

Just wanted to post an update.

I'll be taking another trip to Haliburton soon and I will be returning with lots of new photos, so I'll post another update when you can expect those.

Other than that, I'm loving life. I got engaged to my mate and I spend every moment with him. <3

The first 10 people who comment on this journal will get a feature!

I did this in ~FaceTaiheiyo's journal, so I have to do the same thing in mine! Before commenting, please read these rules:

1) Be one of the first 10 people commenting on this journal entry, and I will add you to the Promotional List.
2) For each of the 10 first people answering this journal I will put his/her avatar and the three deviations I like most from his/her gallery on the list.
3) If you answer, you'll have to do the same in your journal, putting me on the first place, completing this way the list with 10 people. The idea of this is not to get a free feature, it is to spread art around for everyone!

1) :iconfacetaiheiyo: ~ [link] - [link] - [link]
An amazing artist who creates some vivid, beautiful pieces. Her wolf related artwork is absolutely stunning and is the reason I watch her!

2) :icontiogaw: ~ [link] [link] [link]
This artist creates amazing full pieces of art with beautiful backgrounds. She really knows how to incorporate emotion into her pieces, as well. Hers is art with soul!

3) :iconmadeliveva: ~ [link] [link] [link]
Amazing photographer and artist with incredible colouring and shading abilities. Her photographs have amazing composition, and she's got a great eye for interesting shots!

4) :iconxtaintedlullabyx: ~ [link] [link] [link]
An extremely creative artist with outstanding traditional work, and an incredible pointalism piece.

5) :iconkatch22: ~ [link] [link] [link]
An absolutely incredible pixel artist who creates AMAZING portraits for a game called Furcadia. She is generous and extremely talented, a rare artist! Shading abilities are unreal, especially in those 95x95 pieces.

6) :iconsavage: ~ [link] [link] [link]
One of my best friends, an amazing artist with incredible talent for anatomy, shading and colouring. Her pixel pieces are absolutely unbelievable and are incredibly creative. All her characters are awesome. An incredible artist!

For those of you who have yet to discover the Off-White comic...

It's a comic featuring wolves, and the artwork is stunning. The storyline is amazing and inspiring, and the authors are wonderful people.

Best comic ever made.

I've already uploaded a chunk of the photographs from my recent Haliburton expedition, but there are so many more. I'll be uploading more over the next couple weeks as I really sort through them and see what's there, so keep watching for them!

I recently changed my icon and ID, using a photograph of Ginger(A wolf from the Haliburton pack)'s eye. I really love how they both turned out.
