My opinion... You can't really take credit for a POSE that an animal did. If you made this creature yourself with your own hands and gave it fur and sculpted it's legs into this pose then yes i would understand where you are coming from however this is not that kind of situation. Yes you took the photo, now i think it is perfectly fine to say if someone took this photo and went around saying they took then UNLEASH HELL ON THEM!

buuuttt.... It's a pose, i don't really think it is necessary for people to credit you on it if someone was to use it as a reference. Again this is my opinion.

You may use it as a reference but you have to provide credit and a link to my photograph, and I'd also like to see it so I can make sure credit was given and also to enjoy the artwork.
